Media

South Central Kentucky is served by a variety of local media outlets. Two local news channels WBKO and NBC-40 serve our area as well as Western Kentucky University's public television station WKYU-TV and Insight Communications cable television.

Eleven radio stations are located in South Central Kentucky. Formats range from Christian, classical, country, rock, and contemporary.

Several weekly papers are published throughout the region as well as Bowling Green's daily newspaper, the Daily News.
